The rhino is a fierce animal and very difficult to defeat and the lions are not stupid enough to hunt rhinos. But to assert their strength, lions are willing to hunt young rhinos when given the opportunity.

A mother rhinoceros and her baby strayed into the enclosure of lions. Lions are very cautious when they surround their prey and do not rush to attack.

The female lions take turns stealthily attacking the baby rhino and waiting for the mother rhino’s reaction. The mother rhino quickly pointed her horn at the lions and expressed anger.

Rhinos have quite thick skin and it is difficult for lions to finish off their prey in a short time. The lion’s efforts increased but the baby rhino still stood firm.
